Dr. Jordan was born and raised in Lafayette. He graduated from Lafayette High School in 2005. He then attended University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Dr. Jordan is a big UL fan and is found frequently tailgating at the football games. Dr. Jordan focused his degree to biology and received his Bachelors of Science in 2009. Dr. Jordan moved to New Orleans in 2010 to begin his career at Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. In 2014 Dr. Jordan graduated LSU School of Dentistry and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS).
Before graduating Dr. Jordan met Dr. Randy Dugas from New Iberia through mutual friends. Dr. Dugas invited Dr. Jordan to practice with him at his longtime family dental practice. Dr. Jordan practiced with Dr. Dugas until June of 2016 when Dr. Dugas sold his practice to Dr. Jordan. Thus Jordan Family Dentistry was born!
Dr. Jordan loves to continue to learn about all aspects of dentistry and continues his education well beyond the states requirements. Dr. Jordan strives to offer all modern dental techniques for his patients to improve their convenience.
Mission work has been a large part of Dr. Jordan’s life. In 2002 and 2003, he went to Mexico with his church to help the people of General Cepeda through Gospel and helping build houses. In 2016 Dr. Jordan went with a group of LSU Dental students near Acapulco, Mexico to provided dental care to those in need. Dr. Jordan hopes to continue mission work in the future by visiting Haiti and even Africa to provide dental care.
In his spare time Dr. Jordan loves keeping up with ULL Ragin Cajun sports, fishing and spending time with his growing family. Dr. Jordan’s wife, Emily, is a practicing Physician Assistant (P.A.) in Lafayette for Neurosurgeon Patrick Juneau, M.D. Dr. Jordan and Emily have 3 children, Gabriel, Anne Marie, and August.
