This patient came to us after he had traumatically broken his front tooth down to the gums. Wanting the best long term tooth replacement outcome we decided to place an implant. The patient liked this option because unlike a bridge we would not need to shave down the teeth on either side of the space for a bridge and he did not want anything that was removable like a partial denture. The implant was placed below his gums and a crown was secured to the top of it.

This young patient presented to office near the end of her orthodontic treatment. She had been born with the teeth next to her 2 front teeth being skinnier than the rest of her other teeth. She had a formal engagement coming in the next few weeks and wanted her smile to look natural and beautiful. We agreed upon composite bonding to shape the side teeth to a more natural look. She then had the braces removed. Patient was very excited to be able to smile confidently for the first time!

This great patient wanted to bring his teeth back to health and make his smile more professional for his career. These old gold foiled crowns were causing inflammation in his gums and he was no longer proud to smile at work in front of clients. Using porcelain crowns we were able to transform his smile into something he can be very proud of! Patient loved his new smile and no longer feels uncomfortable smiling.

This patient is a young man who had previous trauma to his front two teeth as a teenager. They were crowned with porcelain fused to metal crowns, but his teeth continued to grow and the teeth became cosmetic concern to him. He then called our office stating he broke a front tooth. We were able to remove the old crown and fix the broken tooth with Porcelain crowns. The patient was very happy with how things turned out!
